ORIENTMED Vaginal speculum

Features:

7.Instructure:  The disposable sterilized vaginal speculum is made of “upper leaf”, “lower leaf” and hand handle.

8.Cautions:

       a) Valid date three years from sterilize date, do not use if over expire date.

       b) Do not store with feculence, do not expose to high temperatures.

       c) For single use only. Discard after use. Do not reuse.

9.Storage: The speculums should be kept in adequately ventilated indoor environment that is free from corrosive gas and with the relative humidity not more than 80% (35%~75%), temperature: 0~30°C

How to use:

1. Open the individual package and wear Gloves.

2. Spread Drapes under the appropriate position of the patient.

3. Lubricate outer and inner body of the Speculum before use.

4.Close the bodies and then insert the Speculum into vagina gently at a suitable angle.

5. Squeeze handles together,which will open vaginal walls,then lock speculum by turn screw.

6. Sample secretion sterilely from cervix with Spatula and from uterus with Curette.

7. When operation is over,close bodies first and then withdraw the Speculum gently.

Application

Dilate vaginal for examination and sample secretion sterilely from cervix or uterus.
