ORIENTMED finished its 1ml luer lock syringe production line

One March 1st, ORIENTMED finshed its 1ml luer lock syringe production line.

With the recent development of the global epidemic, the need for vaccines is increasing. There is a growing demand for syringes, especially 1ml syringes. In response to the insane growth in demand for syringes, ORIENTMED has invested in a new line of syringes. The produce line mainly include 0.3ml, 0.5ml safty auto self-destroy syringe, 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml syringe. The supply abblity is up 30%.

To meet different clients to get the registration in their MOH, Our syringe has get the CE ISO FDA and so on.

At present, the annual production capacity of safety needle is nearly 500 million, safety cap syringes is about 300million, safety retractable insulin syringe is 300 million, disposable syringe 500 million，medical surgical mask 200million, medical protective mask 100 million. High performance molding machine, full-automatic assembly and packaging machine, electronic detection machine give us the assurance of production capacity and product quality.

Our workshop meet the ISO13485 and could ensure the syringe could have a good production condition.

The main syringe are as follows:

a. 0.3ml, 0.5ml, 1ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml medical disposable luer slip syringes

b. Safty auto destroy syringe with Retractable needle and Breakable pluger

d. 0.3ml, 0.5ml, 1ml insulin syringe
